Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Doggy Daycare Worker / Floater who can confidently work with dogs and step into any area of the facility as needed. Responsibilities
- Dog Handling — Supervise playgroups, monitor behavior, and ensure safe interactions.
- Facility Support — Float between daycare, boarding, cleaning, client service, and enrichment activities as needed.
- Client Interaction — Greet clients warmly and assist with check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Communication — Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and personalized care.
- Record Keeping — Help maintain accurate pet profiles, notes, and safety information.
- Facility Cleanliness — Keep playrooms, kennels, and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Safety Practices — Follow all safety protocols to protect pets, clients, and staff.
Requirements
- Experience in pet care, dog handling, or related fields.
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to step in wherever needed.
- Open availability — nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and handle active dogs.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
