Brian’s Service is a rapidly growing outdoor services company based in Chelsea, Michigan. We specialize in high-quality landscape installation, hardscape construction, tree work, mowing and snow removal.
We are not looking for “just help.”
We are looking for skilled, motivated crew members who take pride in their work and can maintain a strong pace without constant supervision.

What We Do
- Hardscape patios, steps, retaining walls
- Tree trimming and removals
- Landscape installation (planting, grading, mulching)
- Irrigation installation & service
- Lawn mowing & property maintenance
- Snow removal (higher winter pay rates)
We operate year-round.
Winter work includes tree work and snow removal. We take 2 weeks off for Christmas (except snow operations).
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
- Prior outdoor landscape or hardscape experience (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently without being micromanaged
- Professional communication with customers
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
For mowing crew applicants:
Experience operating zero-turn mowers, trimmers (whips), and blowers is required.

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- CDL Class A
- Experience driving dump trucks or semis
- Certified Arborist
- Golf course or commercial landscape experience
- Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
