We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Synergy Scribes, Inc. In this role, you will support our providers by reviewing and cleaning up medical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate coding within the electronic medical record (EMR). Responsibilities include identifying documentation discrepancies, verifying diagnoses and procedure coding, and maintaining high-quality clinical records.
This position serves as the initial phase of our Medical Scribe Training Program. Individuals who demonstrate proficiency in documentation quality, medical terminology, communication, and attention to detail may transition into a real-time Medical Scribe role, where they will provide live documentation alongside medical providers during patient encounters.

Location: 87th and Kendall Drive
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full day and half shifts
Requirements:
- Pre-health background preferred (medical school, PA school, or gap-year students welcome)
- Willingness to learn medical terminology (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a high-acuity environment
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Fast typing speed (≥60 wpm)
- Quick learner and critical thinker
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of employment experience
