Job Title: Lube Technician / Equipment Lubrication Specialist

Job Overview:
Condustrial, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lube Technician to ensure all equipment is properly lubricated and operating efficiently. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. We are looking for someone that has at least 1-2 years of experience with this type of work.
Schedule: Mon – Fri 6am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lubrication of all machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
- Inspect and monitor equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or potential mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of lubrication activities and any issues found.
- Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the equipment is in top condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Experience Requirements:
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with industrial equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to equipment care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoors, etc.).
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in this field
Employment Consideration Requirements:
· Must have a valid Driver’s License – MVR pull is required
· You must have your OWN transportation, meaning you drive yourself to and from work. Security facility, no public access
· You must be able to pass pre-employment alcohol/10-panel hair follicle drug test, including THC and tests back at least 6 months
· Must be able to pass background check
