Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent
Location: Montrose, CO 81401
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (varies by department)
Pay Range: $36.17 – $57.87/hr (based on experience)
Experience Preferred: Inpatient rehabilitation experience

Licensure: Must meet state licensure requirements (Colorado OT license)

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living skills
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress
