Position Overview
Inter-Con Security is seeking professional Armed Security Officers with a current PC 832 Certificate to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to work in a professional security environment protecting people, property, and critical facilities. We're looking for dependable, customer-focused security professionals who are committed to safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
As an Armed Security Officer, you will:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and facility occupants
- Monitor assigned areas through patrols and observation
- Control facility access and verify authorized entry
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and critical incidents
- Prepare accurate incident and activity reports
- Enforce site policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Identify and report suspicious activity or unsafe conditions
- Protect property, personnel, and government assets
- Work professionally with facility staff, visitors, and law enforcement partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Current California Guard Card
- Current PC 832 Certificate (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass all required background and pre-employment screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
