Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to provide exceptional service and ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our hotel property. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance operations, manage repair procedures, and coordinate projects to uphold the highest standards of facility management. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety compliance, and proactive maintenance strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Duties
- Repair or oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, and overseeing project execution.
- Familiar with pool and hot tub operations. Current CPO, a plus.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety checks to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
- General maintenance skills (painting, caulking, etc.), carpet cleaning and yardwork knowledge.
- Strong guest service skills. And, good team player a must.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
