Project Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on site construction operations for K-12 and Healthcare projects in the Atlanta market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project success; from preconstruction planning through final deliver. We are one of Atlanta's premier general contractors working on projects local to Atlanta. What you will do:

Oversee all on site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain productivity and accountability

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including short interval planning

Ensure strict adherence to safety programs and company standards

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and proactively address issues

Partner closely with Project Managers to align field operations with overall project goals

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships

Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress tracking
What you need:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
-
Need to have lead one K-12 project or one Healthcare project
-
High School Diploma
