Job Overview
Bonfire Burritos is looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Team Member to join our wholesale production team!
This position plays an important role in preparing, assembling, cooking and packaging products for distribution. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, works well with others, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, USDA food production and warehouse environment.
Spanish-speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and assemble food products according to Bonfire Burritos recipes and standards.
- Cook, portion, wrap, and package products for distribution.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory using FIFO.
- Complete quality checks to ensure product consistency and presentation.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals, including cooking, preparation, packaging, and receiving.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the production team and daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Spanish-speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Understanding of safe food handling, sanitation, and hygienic practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple production functions
- Prior kitchen or food production experience preferred
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and food production equipment is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position requires standing for extended periods and regularly reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and performing other physical activities. Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may be exposed to heat from kitchen equipment, cold temperatures in refrigerators or freezers, and a noisy production environment.
