Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and observe patients’ health status, including vital signs and overall condition, reporting any changes promptly
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s or dementia by implementing care plans and providing engaging activities
- Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to ensure safe transfers and mobility support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Document care activities accurately while respecting client confidentiality and privacy standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home care, or group home settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of patient observation, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance
- Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required; additional training in dementia or Alzheimer’s care is advantageous
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs is beneficial
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks when necessary
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans and collaborate effectively with families and healthcare professionals

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
