Under the direction of the Clinical Operations, the NP/PA diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic pulmonary illnesses, as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities located around Champaign, Paxton, Savoy, Danville.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.

Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.?
- Recommends diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.?
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests?

Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
- Prescribe medications.

Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.?

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

Current and valid NP/PA licensure in IL
-
Access to insured, reliable transportation

6 months of prior NP/PA work experience
Preferred Requirements:

2+yrs Nursing Home Experience

2+ years of Cardiology or Pulmonary experience

2+ years of prior NP/PA work experience
