Our team focuses on providing high-quality care to our patients through a teamwork-based approach and are seeking a motivated and patient care focused full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join us!
The ideal candidate is patient focused, has strong interpersonal skills, is a team player and will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients, from the initial consultation through the completion of their treatment plan. This role also involves performing light clinical duties such as iTero scanning, taking intraoral photos, and taking x-rays. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of treatment coordinator experience but we are willing to train the right person with a positive, "can do it" attitude.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. We provide competitive compensation based on experience and a complete benefits package including health, dental and vision coverages, paid time off, holiday pay, 401K and MORE!

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their orthodontic journey and addressing any questions or concerns.
Consultations: Conduct initial patient consultations, explaining treatment options, processes, and financial information.
Scheduling: Manage patient appointments and ensure efficient scheduling to maximize the use of clinic time and resources.
Case Management: Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the orthodontist and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Financial Coordination: Discuss treatment costs, payment plans, and insurance coverage with patients, and assist in processing claims.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
Clinical Duties: Perform iTero scanning, take intraoral photos, and take x-rays as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role in the dental or orthodontic field is preferred. Experience with iTero scanning, taking intraoral photos, and taking x-rays is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service and building positive patient relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental practice management software, iTero scanning, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
