As a Field Sales Associate with The Roof Squad, you’ll be the first face many homeowners see. Your job is simple but high-impact: start conversations, identify homeowners who may need help with their roof or exterior needs, and set qualified roof inspection appointments for our sales team.
You don’t have to close the deal right away. You don’t have to price the job. You don’t have to manage the project.
You set the appointment. Our trained sales team runs the inspection, presents the solution, and closes the deal. You get paid for creating the opportunity while being trained to eventually run those opportunities yourself.

You start as a Field Sales Associate, focused on generating qualified roof inspection appointments for experienced sales professionals. During this stage, you’ll learn our sales process, roofing systems, storm damage identification, homeowner communication, CRM tracking, and how successful roofing deals are built from start to finish.
As you develop, hit your daily activity goals, and prove you can consistently create quality opportunities, you can advance into a Field Sales Consultant role. At that level, you begin running your own qualified appointments while still receiving support, coaching, and guidance from leadership. This is where your earning potential can increase significantly because you can begin earning full sales commission on appointments you generate and run yourself.
From there, top performers can grow into a Roofing Sales Consultant position, where you fully run preset appointments, manage the homeowner sales process, and earn full sales commissions as a trained roofing sales professional.

Field Sales Associate → Field Sales Consultant → Roofing Sales Consultant
This is not a dead-end entry-level position. It is a training ground for a real career in roofing sales. What You’ll Do
Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas
Start professional conversations with homeowners about roof issues, storm damage, and exterior needs
Set qualified roof inspection appointments for our sales team
Aim to set 3+ qualified inspections per day and 18 preset appointments per week
Promote annual roof service plans when appropriate
Track daily activity, appointments, and performance in our CRM
Work closely with your Field Manager and sales team to hit team goals
Represent The Roof Squad with energy, honesty, and professionalism
Learn our roofing systems, sales process, objection handling, and lead generation strategy
What You’ll Earn
Base hourly pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour
Expected overall income: $115,000–$150,000 annually based on performance
3% commission on all closed deals generated from your appointments
Daily bonus opportunities Paid training
Increased commission opportunities as you advance
Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Schedule
This is a full-time position running Monday–Friday, with optional Saturday opportunities available for team members who want to increase their appointment count, bonuses, and overall income potential.
