D & J Logistics and Associates LLC, in partnership with OnWay Logistics Transport, is seeking professional, dependable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for medical delivery services in the Nashville, TN area.
This role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and comfortable with on-demand work, where professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
LOCATION & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
To be considered, applicants must:
● Live within 30 miles of ZIP Code 37203 (Nashville, TN)
● Have a reliable personal vehicle (see approved types below)
● Be able to work in an on-demand, independent contractor capacity
Applicants outside the 30-mile radius will not be considered due to the time-sensitive nature of medical deliveries.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Contractors must provide their own transportation. Acceptable vehicles include:
● Cars
● Minivans
● Cargo Vans
● Sprinter Vans
Vehicles must be reliable, clean, properly maintained, and suitable for transporting medical products.
JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
Independent Contractors will be responsible for:
● Picking up and delivering medical products to assigned facilities
● Arriving on time for all accepted assignments
● Following pickup and delivery instructions accurately
● Handling medical items with care and professionalism
● Maintaining clear and professional communication
● Providing courteous customer service at all locations
● Completing deliveries accurately and efficiently
● Representing both companies professionally at all times

SCHEDULE & WORK STYLE
This is on-demand, independent contractor work and does not follow a guaranteed schedule.
● Assignments are offered based on customer demand
● Work may be available at various times throughout the day

● Weekend opportunities may be available
● Once accepted, assignments must be completed promptly and professionally
COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
This is an independent contractor opportunity with variable earnings based on availability and completed deliveries.
● Estimated $300–$600 per week for part-time or limited availability
● Estimated $600–$1,000 per week for higher availability and consistent acceptance of assignments
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on customer demand, delivery volume, and contractor availability.
Contractors who are reliable, responsive, and consistently available are typically best positioned to maximize earnings.
