Responsibilities and Duties:
- The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will be in charge of 2-4 person crew for installation of commercial properties.
- Operate trucks, trailers and landscape maintenance equipment.
- Maintain trucks and equipment.
- Train and instruct crew members on your crew.
- Drive to properties.
- Paid holidays
- Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years
- Must have good driving record and current driver's license.
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish.

Field Operation
- Report to work on time - typically 6AM
- Help crew load and unload at office and job site.
- Operate trucks, trailers and equipment.
- Oversee crew and operation and job site. Make sure property is looking its best.
Equipment Use
- Be knowledgeable in all equipment
- Learn to service/perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Proper loading and unloading of equipment.
Safety
- Adhere to all company safety rules and policies.
- Report any repairs necessary for equipment, trucks, trailers.
- Use appropriate safety equipment and oversee crew using safety equipment.
