We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical injuries, disabilities, or movement disorders. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through personalized treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other physical therapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment goals, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and evidence-based treatment techniques.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and rehabilitation practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Work Location: In person
