About the Role:
We are a growing insurance agency looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be calling warm insurance leads, starting conversations, and setting appointments for our licensed agents to review and finalize quotes.
Responsibilities:
- Call provided leads (no cold sourcing required)
- Engage prospects professionally and build quick rapport
- Set qualified appointments for our agents
- Accurately track call outcomes and appointments
- Meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone presence
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills (CRM or dialing system experience is a plus)
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
