Kidology, Inc., a Top Workplace and INC. 5000 Fast-Growing Company, is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our family-centered, play-based ABA team serving children across Philadelphia.
In this in-field role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise BHT/RBT staff while partnering closely with families, schools, and community providers.

Supervision of BHTs, BHT-ABAs, and Assistant BC-ABAs

In-field caseload across Philadelphia

Provide ABA services in natural environments

Conduct FBAs and assessments (ABAS-3, Vineland-3, VB-MAPP)

Develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)

Supervise and support clinical staff on caseloads
-
Track progress, analyze data, and update programming

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain documentation and compliance standards

Active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential

Valid PA clearances
-
Driver’s license + reliable transportation

Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
