We are searching for highly experienced Commercial Foremen & Plumbers with 10+ years of experience to join our team. We are a plumbing contractor based in the San Diego Area. Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field and education in the trade.

Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules.

Must know how to write; RFI’s, Change Orders, T&M Tickets, Dailies, Material Requests, and Reports.

Must have computer experience.

Must be an effective positive Team leader, organized and driven.

If applying for a Lead person, need to be able to manage portions of projects and will be the right hand to the foreman.

Capable of forecasting tasks, materials, and manpower.

Understand the importance of the safety of self and others on the projects.

Knowledge of all codes and regulations specific to the project.
