Baymeadows MRI is seeking a certified X-Ray Technologist to join our growing team. This position will primarily perform X-ray examinations while also assisting with front desk responsibilities during downtime.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform high-quality X-ray examinations
- Ensure patient safety and excellent patient care
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support the front office team with administrative duties during downtime
Qualifications:
- Current Florida X-Ray Technologist certification (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Medical office and insurance verification experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
