The lot attendant / cleaner is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and keeping the vacuum areas clean. Interaction with customers is an essential part of this job.
Summary:
Keeps the car wash exterior, vacuums, trash areas, and grounds spotless while supporting customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of vacuum area, garbage, grounds, and equipment

Wipe down vacuums, hoses, canisters, mats, and islands

Assist customers with vacuums or questions

Perform light cleaning around tunnel exits, parking, and equipment rooms

Support basic maintenance tasks as directed

Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions

Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours

Be punctual, responsible and accountable

General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities

Machinery and equipment cleaning.

Assists customers and other team members as needed to efficiently process car washes.
Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
