We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the design, implementation, and supervision of individualized behavior plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate seamless communication.
- Perform intake assessments for new clients, including patient care planning and initial behavioral evaluations.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and data security.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in data collection methods using digital tools or software to track client progress effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards within healthcare settings.
- Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and support clinical supervision activities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients’ families, educational teams, and healthcare providers in a professional manner.
