Job Title: Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor (Evenings)
Location: Hudson Valley, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Shifts Vary:
Available Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (part time)
- Evening Shift: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (part time)
- Full Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Full time)
*Additional hours may be available or required
About the Role:
Miller’s Touch Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple cleaning sites in the Hudson Valley area. This role is essential in ensuring our cleaning systems and programs are followed to maintain the highest quality of service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 20 cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Direct staff to follow established cleaning programs and procedures
- Provide feedback, guidance, and training as needed
- Communicate with management regarding site updates and staff performance
- Fill in and cover shifts when necessary
- Assist with cleaning as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Must be bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to work hands-on when needed
Preferred:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance
