Caregivers Needed – Marin County
We are currently seeking Caregivers in Novato, San Rafael, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Sausalito, Larkspur who are reliable, kind, and caring and ready to work with our amazing clients!
This role requires providing general care/companionship, light housekeeping and comfortable assisting with mobility, transfers with clients in a safe and supportive manner. If you have hands-on experience and are looking for a stable, supportive agency — we’d love to connect with you!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY! JOB DESCRIPTION -
- Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Medication reminders
- Ambulation assistance
- Support with PT/OT exercises
- Transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, transfer board)
- Wheelchair assistance
- Incontinence care
- Meal preparation/Light housekeeping
- Running errands (assigned tasks depending on the client)
- Comfortable around pets (dogs and cats a plus)
✔ YOU ARE...
1. HCA REGISTERED.
If you have worked with an in-home care agency in the past, you most likely already have this registration. If not, we can assist you with the registration process. Please note, if you are not registered, this process may take a few weeks to complete.
2. RELIABLE AND COMPASSIONATE.
We are looking for dependable caregivers who genuinely care about their clients and take pride in providing quality care.
3. EXPERIENCED.
You have hands-on experience supporting clients with Dementia, ALS, Parkinsons, diabetes, kidney failure, mobility challenges, injury recovery,and transfers using proper equipment and safety techniques.

We offer 4 HOUR min shifts up to 24 Hours shifts
Pay:
$24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
