As a DSP, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a way that is engaging, respectful, and empowering.

Client 1 (Corvallis):
- Female | 19 yrs | 97330
- Schedule: Looking for a DSP who can be more on-call or fill in when for days school is out or her typical DSP is out. This client will not have a set, regular schedule to offer. Will need consistent support on Tuesdays afternoons and after school in September
- Likes: Enjoys singing, piano lessons, basketball and special Olympics.
- Needs: Increase independence at home and in the community, support anxiety. Wants to learn travel safety and gain life skills.
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
- $24.00/hour
