Medical Device Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging medical device manufacturers, understanding their certification needs, and introducing our EU MDR certification services.
As the U.S. office of an EU MDR Notified Body (NB 2292), we support manufacturers seeking CE Marking and compliance with the European Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR). This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical devices, regulatory services, or technical sales who enjoys building relationships and delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective medical device manufacturers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customers' products and certification requirements.
- Present our EU MDR certification services and explain the certification process.
- Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, LinkedIn, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or regulatory services.
- Knowledge of medical devices and EU MDR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
