We are Peak Prospects, which is a 3rd party Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) contracted by Amazon to deliver packages. The mission of these Delivery Service Partners is to build a successful team of drivers, create a positive team culture, and grow by delivering Amazon miles across your community. What Will You Be Doing?
- Drive an Amazon-branded van to deliver packages to customers across the region.
- Wear an Amazon-branded uniform while representing Peak Prospects, not Amazon directly.
- Follow safe driving practices and meet performance standards while working independently on the road.

Responsibilities:
- Must be RELIABLE and have a history of good attendance
- Complete a full delivery route daily, which is scheduled for driving at 10 hours (but may be completed sooner)
- Willing and able to work 10-hour days, 4 days per week, starting 11:00 AM each day
- Willing and able to work one weekend day each week
- Willing to be a part of a performance-driven organization
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and Amazon personnel while delivering
- Execute deliveries in a safe and efficient manner
- Must be comfortable operating and driving a company cargo van independently
- Follow safety and quality standards while on the job
- Interact positively with customers
- Must be a proficient smartphone user who can navigate Amazon's delivery app
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Can repeatedly lift up to 70 lbs without reasonable accommodation
- Can enter and exit a vehicle 200+ times per day
- Have a valid driver's license
- Must complete all necessary onboarding requirements
