- On‑Call Requirements: 7–10 days per month, including weekends and possible holidays
- Pay Range: $81–$85 per hour
Job Description
The Invasive Cardiac Tech – Cardiac Cath Lab will support a full spectrum of interventional cardiology procedures. This role requires strong technical skills, advanced device experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced Cath Lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and assist with:
- Laser lead extraction
- Rotoblator
- FFR
- IVUS
- Impella
- IABP (balloon pump)
- EKOS
- Pacemaker procedures
- Operate Medrad injectors
- Manage groin sites and monitor patients
- Support pan table operations
- Collaborate with cardiologists, RNs, and EP/Cath teams
- Document using EPIC and related systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Required: ARRT (RCIS alone not accepted)
- Strong experience with:
- FFR
- IVUS
- Impella
- IABP
- Proficiency with:
- EPIC
- Alaris IV pumps
- Pyxis medication systems
- Philips hemodynamics
- Merge PACS
- Philips C‑arm
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work call shifts and weekends
