We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an LPN at Jaden Health Care LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients right in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
1. Providing direct patient care in a compassionate and professional manner, including administering medications, G-tube, tracheostomy care, and Vent experience, would be a plus, as well as monitoring vital signs.
2. Conduct thorough patient assessments, record medical histories, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
3. Safely administer medications, maintain accurate medication records, and educate patients on proper medication usage.
4. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, documenting all nursing care, observations, and interventions.
5. Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
6. Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment.
7. Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay current with nursing best practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications- Current LPN license in Maryland. CPR certification. Pediatric experience within the last three years is a requirement.
We are looking for an LPN to fill our 3 PM to 11 PM shift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
