We are a growing psychiatry treatment center seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our patient outreach, referral relationships, and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, compassionate, and comfortable communicating with patients, families, physicians, therapists, and referral partners. This role is a great fit for someone who understands the importance of mental health care and can help present our services in a professional and caring manner.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with marketing and outreach campaigns
Contact and follow up with referral sources, providers, and community partners
Help develop relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, and wellness professionals
Respond to inquiries from prospective patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Maintain CRM/contact lists and track outreach activity
Assist with social media, email marketing, and promotional materials
Help coordinate events, presentations, and educational outreach
Support the management team with administrative and marketing tasks
Qualifications:
Prior sales, marketing, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and highly organized
Comfortable making calls and following up with contacts
Interest in mental health, psychiatry, wellness, or healthcare services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM, email marketing, or social media is a plus
