Quince, San Francisco's three Michelin-starred restaurant, is seeking a passionate and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, values precision and professionalism, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our bartenders play a critical role in shaping the guest journey through thoughtful service, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of food and beverage pairing.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.

Provide warm, gracious, and knowledgeable hospitality to every guest.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our cocktail program, wine list, spirits, and menu offerings.

Collaborate closely with the dining room and culinary teams to ensure seamless service.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar at all times.

Follow all company standards, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Assist with inventory management, prep work, and opening/closing duties.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service.

Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced setting.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to hospitality excellence.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
