What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide compassionate one-on-one support to help clients live safely and comfortably at home.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting mobility, transfers, walking, and daily movement
- Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and companionship
- Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments
- Monitoring changes in clients’ condition and communicating updates
- Medication reminders, as directed
- Providing respectful, person-centered care that preserves dignity and independence
