What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated individuals who can perform diagnostic and repair procedures with any of the following: gas or diesel engines, automatic or manual transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc, followed by providing labor time estimates and explaining cause and repair to the advisor.
As a Hubler Technician, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally as a Certified Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched.
- Performing diagnostic services to determine repair needs.
- Providing labor time and parts estimates for repair services.
- Performing work assigned within a reasonable time and to a high standard in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
- Maintaining an organized, clean workspace and accounting for dealership and personal tools at all times.
- Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees.
- Willingness to learn and continue your education
Specific Requirements:
- Great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certifications are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must safely perform duties and responsibilities.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and a valid driver's license.
