R5 Wellness is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to help create an exceptional experience for our clients. If you're passionate about health, wellness, fitness, recovery, and helping people feel their best, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with clients and members
- Educate clients on our recovery modalities and their benefits
- Conduct tours and new client orientations
- Recommend memberships and packages based on client goals
- Assist with scheduling and client check-in/check-out
- Ensure intake forms and waivers are completed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Monitor client safety and enforce wellness center guidelines
- Assist with social media content and engagement
Qualifications
- Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning and explaining wellness and recovery modalities
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Social media experience preferred
- Interest in health, fitness, athletics, or wellness strongly preferred

Schedule
- Part-Time
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Saturday availability required (10 AM – 5 PM)
- Several weekday afternoon/evening shifts until 7 PM
Compensation
$15 per hour
