In this role, you'll generate business through neighborhood canvassing and company-provided opportunities, perform roof inspections after training, and educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process. Once a project moves forward, our internal operations team manages the insurance and production process, allowing you to stay focused on serving customers and growing your pipeline.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with homeowners in neighborhoods impacted by recent storms.
- Generate new business through prospecting and follow-up opportunities.
- Complete roof inspections after training and identify potential storm-related damage.
- Explain the restoration process and help homeowners navigate available insurance options.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and field development to strengthen your sales skills.
Ladders, safety equipment, and field training are provided so you can perform your work confidently and safely.
Compensation and Growth
You'll begin with two weeks of paid training before transitioning into a draw program designed to help support you while you build your sales pipeline.
Additional monthly performance bonuses include:
- Approximately $500 at $100,000 in monthly gross sales
- Approximately $1,500 at $150,000 in monthly gross sales
- Up to approximately $4,000 at $200,000 in monthly gross sales
