Behavior Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic person to help serve clients in the surrounding Kalamazoo area. The hours of need are Tues 10am-6pm, Wed 3:30pm-6:30pm and Thurs 10am-2pm. Candidate would need to cover all three days - MUST be willing to drive!

Qualifications:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred yet NOT required!
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Regular access to a computer with high-speed internet
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must have daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Must be willing to travel to client location - (typically travel will not exceed more than 1 hour from home office). You will be working in the client homes. There is travel reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy program
- Follow set protocol developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Travel to and work in home, community and school settings
- Collect daily data, graph results and implement behavioral support developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Timely communication with other members of the team (phone, email and text)
- Participate in meetings when needed
Hours/Availability:
- Part-time position
- The hours of need are Tues 10-6, Wed 3:30-6:30 and Thurs 10-2. Candidate would need to cover all three days; additional after-school hours may be available!
