Position Summary
Clipper Services is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Office and Hospitality Manager to oversee our office operations and short-term rental portfolio. This dynamic role bridges property management, administrative workflows, compliance, and hands-on hospitality. The ideal candidate will manage Airbnb logistics, keep operational guidelines current, navigate local and federal permit regulations, and step in to help with day-to-day hospitality tasks whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Short-Term Rental Portfolio Management & Hospitality
- Oversee Airbnb accounts for 16 units, including platform updates, reservation monitoring, and guest customer service.
- Manage cleaning schedules to ensure flawless unit turnovers between guest stays.
- Coordinate specialized property vendors to handle maintenance, repairs, and updates for the rental portfolio.
- Assist directly with general hospitality duties, including hands-on tasks like laundry when operational needs require.
Staff Coordination & Operational Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact and leadership liaison for hospitality and food bus staff.
- Oversee company procurement, managing vendor relations and operational supply chains.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep business workflows accurate and efficient.
- Execute smaller projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
Financial, Administrative & Compliance Workflows
- Prepare and track invoices for accounts payable processing, working closely with cleaners/vendors to ensure accuracy.
- Review, summarize, and submit employee timecards for payroll.
- Manage county and federal permit administration to ensure complete compliance for all properties and operations.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing a short-term rental portfolio (Airbnb platform experience preferred).
- Strong administrative skills, including accounts payable tracking, payroll prep, or permit handling.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively guide hospitality and food bus teams.
- Process-driven mindset with experience writing, updating, or implementing SOPs.
- High level of adaptability, with a willingness to balance administrative tasks with hands-on, physical hospitality duties.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage independent projects under the direction of the GM.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable private vehicle, and current proof of auto insurance.
- Must be available and willing to work as needed including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
