Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Packaging Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business in a competitive B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Manage and grow an existing business
Identify customer needs and recommend packaging solutions
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
5+ years of Packaging machinery and materials sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
