The Inventory and Product Operations Analyst is a highly analytical and strategically impactful role focused on driving business performance through data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for translating complex operational strategies—including inventory, supply chain, and lifecycle management—into measurable revenue outcomes and optimized efficiency.
You will act as a bridge between data and action, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, manufacturing partners, and sales leaders to solve complex problems and improve business visibility. This role requires a proactive mindset, high financial acumen, and the ability to build scalable operational processes.
Key responsibilities include
Portfolio & Performance Management: Own and manage portfolio performance within assigned business segments, demonstrating strong stewardship and accountability for KPIs, revenue outcomes, and operational health.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain advanced analytical models and systems to improve operational visibility, enabling leadership to make informed, real-time decisions.
Product Lifecycle Support: Drive operational readiness for product lifecycles, providing critical data insights from early-stage development through market maturity and end-of-life transitions.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and lead the design, implementation, and scaling of new operational processes to support long-term business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for strategic business units, manufacturing, and sales to drive collaborative problem-solving and ensure alignment between supply and demand.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain analysis, financial analysis, or a related analytical role; semiconductor industry or related experience a plus
Advanced expertise in data manipulation and visualization (e.g., Excel/VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) with a proven ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve complex business problems.
Proven experience working within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
Strategic Influence: Ability to build influential relationships across diverse teams and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
Project Management: Experience leading process improvement initiatives or managing small-to-medium scale operational projects.
Business Acumen: A strong understanding of how operational metrics (inventory turns, lead times, fill rates) directly impact a company's P&L.
Agility: Proven ability to remain effective and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic business environment.
Communication: Superior ability to translate complex technical or operational data into clear, executive-level business narratives.
