Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company provides full-service commercial, industrial, and facility cleaning throughout Florida and South Georgia.
We take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service supported by strong communication and accountability systems.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
- Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms
- Sanitize high-touch areas (desks, handles, fixtures, etc.)
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform monthly deep-cleaning tasks (vents, baseboards, doors, windows, etc.)
- Adapt to different client environments and maintain consistency in service quality
- Clock in, communicate, and upload photos via the Swept app
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand/walk for 4+ hours
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, climbing, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to visually verify cleanliness standards
- Ability to wear PPE if required
Qualifications
- Must pass a Level 2 background check
- Magic Touch pays for the background check
- If the employee does not remain for 90 days, the cost is deducted from their final paycheck
- Minimum age 18 or older
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Working smartphone (required for Swept app)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must follow Magic Touch’s 90-day zero-tolerance probation policy
- No callouts
- No no-shows
Schedule Requirements
Morning Shift — 4 Days per Week (Monday–Friday):
- Start Time: 9:00 AM
- End Time: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM depending on daily workload
No weekends required.
Consistent attendance is essential due to the importance of this long-standing client.
Pay Structure
- Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
- 90-Day Probation: Required
- Evaluation-Based Raise: After successful completion, based on:
