We’re looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about both customers and coworkers.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create an exceptional service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
- Present repair recommendations in an honest, educational, and transparent way
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate appointments and workflow
- Build long-term relationships that create customers for life
- Work closely with a talented team committed to quality and integrity
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has outstanding communication and people skills
- Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers make informed decisions
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Has automotive service advisor experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person with exceptional customer service experience)
- Is comfortable using computers and learning shop management software
