The Software Support Specialist will be trained to support Compliance Solved, LLC clients that utilize our proprietary software. The support is primarily handled by replying to emails and answering phone calls. You do not need to be a techie to work in this position, but you do need to be able communicate in a clear and customer service-oriented way when our clients are having difficulties!

This position offers training from the ground up, and strong internal support to ensure that you’re successful in the role.
Job Functions:
- Provide service, work closely with, and troubleshoot issued to external and internal customers varying management levels
- Answer high volume of support calls and emails regarding technical questions, data input, and closing of loans in our proprietary software
- Research problems / issues with proprietary software
- Work closely with Technical Services Management to cover all issues in submitted ticket and determine what type of ticket should be submitted (User Interface, Programming, or Documentation)
- Submit tickets for programming changes related to proprietary software
- Create procedures and manuals as necessary to ensure fellow team members have the most recent documentation to reference
- As needed, modify/update Microsoft Word documents and XML files
- Test software QA and testing program changes
- Once able, assist with hands-on training
- Onboard new clients with LOS interfacing
- Communicate with Compliance and Legal departments, as needed, to assist customers
- Work closely with software developers regarding software enhancements and usability
- Create billing reports to send to Administration department
- Communicate with Compliance and Legal departments, as needed, to assist customers
