Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure efficient repair and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Manage facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) for scheduling, tracking work orders, and inventory control.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for team members.
- Manage facilities maintenance teams effectively through team management practices, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams efficiently.
- Proficiency in using schematics, CMMS software, Microsoft Office suite, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities maintenance management.
- Experience managing projects related to manufacturing or industrial facilities with a focus on maintenance repair procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Must have power distribution experience
