Bartender Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
- Handle high-volume service during busy shifts
- Work collaboratively with servers, runners, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Bartending experience preferred
- Weekend and evening availability
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
