Unify is seeking a driven, ambitious, and execution-focused Business Development Associate to join our team in Miami. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales, outbound strategy, client interactions, and revenue generation within a fast-growing AI-powered startup serving associations and event-driven organizations.
The selected candidate will work closely with Founders and the executive team to support pipeline generation, product demos, and deal execution.
About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will be directly involved in building and converting pipeline. This is not a passive role; you will be expected to engage prospects, qualify leads, and contribute to closing deals.
You will gain real-world experience in outbound sales, SaaS selling, CRM workflows, and enterprise conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads
Identify and research target organizations (associations, event organizers, enterprises)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule product demos
Support product demos and sales calls with the core team
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate pipeline data
Assist in building sales decks, proposals, and follow-up materials
Track outreach performance and optimize messaging based on response data
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales pipeline goals
Support closing efforts and post-demo follow-ups
Tools & Skills
Candidates should have familiarity with:
CRM tools (HubSpot, etc)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator / outbound tools
Email outreach platforms (e.g., Hunter, Apollo, etc.)
Google Workspace / Excel
Basic understanding of SaaS sales funnel
Qualifications
Current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong interest in sales, startups, and B2B SaaS
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
High ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative
Ability to handle rejection and iterate quickly
Availability to work onsite in Miami, FL(Mandatory)
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales / internships / outbound roles
Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Exposure to CRM tools and sales workflows
Understanding of event tech, associations, or enterprise sales

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
