Duties
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve processes, and enhance overall profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant managers and staff to foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth within each location’s market.
- Monitor financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as company policies and procedures.
- Lead project management efforts for renovations, new openings, or process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry with a focus on supervising teams across multiple units.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute action plans effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire teams, promote accountability, and foster professional development.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance improvement.
