Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Assistant & Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily production operations while ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment through proactive maintenance. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Inspect, lubricate, and adjust machinery to minimize downtime.
- Assist with basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Help set up and change over production equipment.
- Support production staff during daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with other production and facility projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic mechanical issues.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
