What you’ll do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Help customers understand coverage options that fit their needs
- Support policy changes, billing questions and account updates
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service
- Work closely with the agency team to support sales and retention goals
- Help create a positive customer experience from start to finish
