We are looking to hire a friendly, retail professional to assist customers in selecting cannabis products at our dispensary in Brimfield! The right candidate should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their uses and effects, and methods of consumption. An outstanding budtender will demonstrate excellent customer service skills so that our customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases and leave the store with a smile.
Budtender Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Knowledge of cannabis preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Friendly, motivated & energetic.
- General computer skills.

Hours & Availability:
- We require all employees to work at least one weekend shift and one closing shift (close at 8pm) per week. This is a great part-time position for someone with another job, family commitments or school commitments as we are flexible with scheduling and can get creative with scheduling to meet your availability.
