Position Summary
Allegra - Design.Print.Web - Abbotsford is seeking a creative, organized, and client-focused Creative Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of print, marketing, branding, and web projects. This fully remote position serves as the central point of coordination between clients, creative teams, production partners, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and with exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys managing multiple projects, building client relationships, and keeping creative work organized from project kickoff through final delivery.
Responsibilities
Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Respond to inquiries regarding print services, marketing projects, branding solutions, web services, and project timelines.
- Build positive client relationships by providing professional, responsive, and friendly service.
- Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their projects.
Project Management Support
- Coordinate the workflow of creative, print, and digital projects from initial request through completion.
- Schedule project milestones and monitor deadlines.
- Track project progress and communicate updates with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure project documentation and files remain organized and current.
Administrative Support
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, work orders, and internal documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and project information within CRM and project management systems.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and assist with project tracking.
- Support administrative initiatives that improve workflow efficiency.
Customer Experience
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate revisions, feedback, and additional project requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and internal processes.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, project coordination, marketing support, office administration, print services, communications, account coordination, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a marketing agency, print shop, advertising agency, communications company, or creative services environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, project management platforms (such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello), and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience coordinating creative, print, branding, or web development projects.
- Previous remote work experience.

Pay: $59,249.93 - $71,354.76 per year
